The cave can be found on the north part of the Mysterious Forest, blocked by 3 stones. Use your power bracelet to lift the stones and access the cave. Once inside you can use your Pegasus Boots to access the treasure chest containing the rupees. However you will not be able to reach the Piece of Heart using only your Pegasus Boots. Use your Hookshot to reach the last platform to receive the Piece of Heart.
