On the East side of Goponga Swamp, you will find some boulders blocking the way to Mt. Tamaranch. Lift the boulders using your Power Bracelet. The stone at the left side of the sign showing the directions of Goponga Swamp and Mt. Tamaranch hides the Secret Seashell.
