Tickets are items in-game that you can use to exchange for cards or character skills of your choice.
They are categorized by the rarity of the cards they can be exchanged for, as well as their foilings.
Other than Tickets, you may also find other rewards you can claim within the Gift Box, such as Gems.
The page beneath the 'Receive All' option will show if you have Tickets that are waiting to be claimed.
The Exchange Ticket page displays the number of Tickets you hold as well as other information, such as when and why you received these Tickets.
You may select the cards you wish to exchange for your ticket. The pool of cards, as well as the number you may exchange, may vary depending on the Ticket you have.
You can get Tickets from Daily Rewards by logging in to the game every day, or through rewards from Ranked Duels or in-game event celebrations.
