List of Contents
Soon after arriving at the Institute, you lose consciousness. From the depths of your mind, a day-to-day scene with Minato plays out before you. In it, you are late to meet up with her and she is very disappointed. When you regain consciousness, you go along with Neu to give your report to Soga.

The TC11 Skinny-B makes its first appearance here, and it's a tougher Water element version of the TC11 Skinny-R. Try as much as possible to take it down last as it can buff the defense stats of its allies upon death.

Bright Mona | Yellow Garbage | Aqua Max |
Trickle Rally | Dark Lizard | TC11 Skinny-B |
Battle 05-06 introduces a new enemy -- the Dark Lizard. Do not underestimate this pawn based on its appearance, as it can decimate your entire party with its multi-target attack. Taking this pawn down should always be the top priority, especially with the presence of a TC11 Skinny-B.
A TC11 Skinny-B that makes itself the target of your party's attacks can be fatal as the Dark Lizard will be free to hurt your party with its high-damage, all-targeting attacks.
Hearing your report, Soga theorizes that the Chronograph was probably affected by the mysterious memory data. Momochi and the others grow distrustful of The Queen after hearing the Shinsengumi were controlling pawns.
Soga, wary of the Queen's use of force, urges you all to refrain from any behavior that will draw attention.

The Dark Lizard appears once again, and the key to winning this battle is to eliminate it as soon as possible. The Veggie Tux should also be a priority because of the defense stat boosts it has for allies.

More Dark Lizards. This time, they're accompanied by a weaker TC11 Skinny-R but don't forget to still target the lizards first as they're the most dangerous of the pack.

A Veggie Tux and two Dark Lizards make for a deadly combination, so make sure to break it completely by going after at least one Dark Lizard and then the Veggie Tux. Bring along a healer as you can expect a decent amount of damage to your party before the fight is over.

Veggie Tux | Blue Garbage | Luminas Tux |
Yellow Garbage | Trickle Rally | TC11 Skinny-B |
The tough part of this Quest is taking out the Veggie Tux/TC11 Skinny-B combo in the second part of this quest. Two TC11 Skinny-Bs are backed up by Veggie Tux pawns that will raise their defense stats. Be sure to bring heavy-hitting Folklore with you like Lancelot to make short work of the Water element TC11s.

Veggie Tux | Bright Mona | Blue Garbage |
Luminas Tux | Yellow Garbage | Dark Lizard |
The Dark Lizards are a threat that have to be dealt with immediately. Bright Monas are a second priority target as they will keep healing their allies as long as they're still active on the battlefield.
In order to test whether the Chronograph can or cannot open a backdoor at will, you head deep into the Waste Area together with Momochi's team. Reacting to your will, the Chronograph opens a backdoor. However, on the other side awaits a knight ready to face you.

Bright Mona | Luminas Tux | Yellow Garbage |
Dark Lizard | TC11 Skinny-B | Viviane Knight |
The Viviane Knight boss here is a Level 29 Water element enemy that inflicts Virus damage and grants Virus Slayer
to allies. This means your Folklore will take extra damage from any pawn with the Virus Slayer
buff on top of the virus damage.
To beat her, it is critical to bring along a healer and your own Viviane Folklore to even the scales. Grinding up to her level will also make sure that the fight will be finished with relative ease, especially if you bring an Earth-element damage dealer like Lancelot.
The group takes down the knight and moves into the Central System. While safely gathering data, you begin to feel unwell. Momochi guesses that there is likely memory data nearby and heads out to investigate. Just then, a massive White Soulgorger attacks and it turns out that the memory data is embedded in its body.

White Soulgorger |
This may be one of the toughest boss battles in ALICE Fiction so far, as the White Soulgorger will start healing itself by a huge margin a few turns after the battle starts. That same move also damages your entire party, and it can wipe you out in a few turns if you don't eliminate it as soon as possible.
The White Soulgorger is a Level 30 Light element pawn. The key is to beat this monster as fast as possible by bringing heavy damage dealers like Musashi, and Virus-inflicting Folklore like Viviane. Himiko is also a good choice as her skills can somewhat negate some of the White Soulgorger's healing power, as well as Ushiwakamaru with her Dark-element-based attacks.
Having Folklore like Surtr and Antoinette as sub-members is also good, as Antoinette can douse the White Soulgorger in oil, making it vulnerable to Surtr's oil slayer attacks.
In the midst of battle with the Soulgorger, the Folklore Asclepius appears to help it. Unfazed, Momochi goes in for the finishing blow, not giving it a second thought. In doing so, Neu gets hurt badly. The Soulgorger escapes and Momochi comes down on you for your weakness.

Luminas Tux | Yellow Garbage | TC11 Skinny-B |
White Soulgorger |
A tougher version of the fight with the White Soulgorger, with it being at Level 36. But the same principles apply -- eliminate him as soon as possible by making him vulnerable to attacks from any slayer
type buffs (like oil or virus slayer) and by bringing along heavy damage dealers like Musashi and Surtr.
Note: These characters are highly effective in this Chapter, but are not necessary to clear the story. If you can manage to get any of these characters, particularly the 3★ characters, your team will be significantly more capable.
Character | Type | Reason |
---|---|---|
Musashi
★★★ |
Atk/Phys |
• Though Musashi is not the White Soulgorger's elemental weakness, bring her along so she can still damage it with her high DPS. |
Best World Memory: | Undercover Investigation | |
Qin Shi Huang
★★★ |
Debuff/Phys |
• He'll provide support to Musashi and Ushiwakamaru by debuffing the White Soulgorger's Phys. Def with his Crash and Active Skills. |
Best World Memory: | Family Meeting | |
Ushiwakamaru
★★★ |
Atk/Phys |
• Ushiwakamaru will be your main damage dealer in the fight against the White Soulgorger because her element (Dark) is strong against the White Soulgorger's Light element. Make sure to level up her Crash Skill and even prioritize it over Musashi's skill if you need to. |
Best World Memory: | Folklore's Day Off | |
Nightingale
★★ |
Recovery/Spec |
• Nightingale's active skill 'Crest Radar' can remove the White Soulgorger's HP recovery, making it easier to fight it if you can't take it out in the first two or three turns. |
Best World Memory: | Remember to Rest |
